Ms. Jalal Hosseini went on a hunger strike in protest against the lack of response to her demands. After being threatened with transfer to another prison by the authorities, she ended her strike. Mr. Shojaei, the head of the enforcement branch, informed this political prisoner that no leave would be granted to her. She also suffers from physical health issues, including kidney disease, and requires specialized treatment.
