Irfan Mehraj is a prominent Kashmiri journalist, researcher, and human rights defender. An alumnus of the University of Kashmir, he has worked as a researcher and editor for the Jammu Kashmir Coalition of Civil Society (JKCCS) and is the founder-editor of Wande Magazine.
