Uladzimir Matskevich is a philosopher, methodologist, public figure, and a co-founder of the Flying University educational initiative. He was finally charged under three articles of the Criminal Code: 'Active participation in group actions that grossly violate public order' for the People's Ultimatum March on October 25, 2020; 'Creation of an extremist formation' for the Skhod online platform; and 'Insulting the president of Belarus' for a video posted on YouTube.
