Narges Mansouri is an Iranian political, social, and labor activist recognized as a member of the Tehran Bus Company Workers' Syndicate. Due to her civil activities and criticism of the Islamic Republic of Iran's policies, she has been repeatedly arrested. Mansouri participated in widespread protests in Iran and faced charges such as "propaganda against the regime" and "gathering and colluding against national security" because of her activism. Additionally, she has consistently defended workers' rights and protested against the conditions of political prisoners.
