Pavel Belavus is a cultural manager, the founder and former director of the Art Siadziba cultural initiative, the creator of the Symbal.by national symbols and souvenirs store, and one of the organizers of the celebration of the 100th anniversary of the proclamation of the Belarusian People's Republic (had a crucial role for the subsequent formation of Belarusian statehood) in Minsk in 2018. Through his projects, Pavel has popularised the Belarusian language and culture.
