Ahmed Hamdy Abou Zeid Al-Tanoubi is an Egyptian journalist, trade unionist, and human rights activist. He is a member of the "Journalists for Reform" movement and a researcher at the "Arab Observatory for Media Freedom." He previously served as the managing editor of the newspaper "Al-Diyar" and worked as a journalist for "Al-Tariq" newspaper. He is recognized as one of the leading defenders of the rights of detained and imprisoned journalists.
