HRD's bio and work
Shafiqullah, son of Zikrullah, was born in 1995 in Panjshir, Afghanistan. He completed high school in Kabul and earned a bachelor's degree in Arabic Language and Literature from Kabul University, where he was active in cultural and social affairs. He later worked at the Afghan Parliament and pursued a second bachelor's degree in Shariah at Payam University.
Following the rise of the Islamic Emirate in 2021, he was arrested due to his activism and imprisoned for three months.
After being released, he faced travel restrictions and worked as a Transportation Manager with the Ministry Of Martyrs & Disabled & Public Affairs & Labour in Panjshir, before being transferred to Kabul.
On February 11, 2024, he was arrested again and remains imprisoned.
