Reza (Gholamreza) Aghdasi a labor activist and former employee of Iran Khodro, is also a veteran of the Iran-Iraq war, during which he lost hearing in one ear. Due to his peaceful activism in support of workers' rights, he has been arrested multiple times and is currently imprisoned in Evin Prison.
