Ms. Khanbeigi was initially sentenced to a total of 5 years in prison by Branch 26 of the Tehran Revolutionary Court, presided over by Judge Iman Afshari. This sentence was ultimately reduced to 20 months in prison by Branch 54 of the Tehran Court of Appeals, presided over by Judge Babaei.

According to the latest news from Hrana, she has been granted a short-term 10-day leave for childbirth. Meanwhile, her husband, Behfar Lalehzari, is also imprisoned, and with the return of Rezvaneh Ahmadkhanbeigi to prison, their newborn will be left without a guardian.
