Akriti is a theatre artist and MA History graduate from Delhi University. Akriti has played roles in several street-theatre, skit, and proscenium productions, including productions and adaptations of Safdar Hashmi and Bertolt Brecht. She has helped conduct several theatre workshops among careworkers, underprivileged children etc. She has actively worked among female careworkers in their struggle for proper pay and working conditions.
